Conduct Personal Business with State Agencies

  1. You must have an existing Online Services User Profile. You use the same User Profile for both personal business and as an agent for a business. Create a User Profile if you do not already have one.
  2. In order to use some Online Services, you may need to have an account with the participating State agency. Go to the agency’s website for information on creating an account for using their Online Services. If you can’t find the information on their website contact them directly.
  3. Access Online Services.
  4. Upon navigating to the Service of interest follow the Agency's instructions on using the service.

Conduct Business with State Agencies as a Business Member

Access Online Services

  1. Sign in directly to the Online Services using the Online Services Sign In page, OR
    1. Upon successful sign, a list of all of your active Online Services accounts will be displayed, as well as a list of other available Online Services.
    2. Click on your Online Service of choice.
    3. Disclaimer - Whenever you leave the Online Services to do business with a participating agency, their Security and Privacy policies go into effect.
    4. Each Online Service can come with its own set of user instructions.
  2. Go directly to the website of the State agency offering the Online Service.
    1. The agency’s website will display a menu of or links to their Online Services. Click on your Online Service of choice.
    2. You will be instructed to sign in via the Online Services Sign In page.
    3. Upon successful sign in, you will be directed back to the Agency’s Online Service.
    4. Disclaimer - Whenever you leave the Online Services to do business with a participating agency, their Security and Privacy policies go into effect.
    5. Each Online Service can come with its own set of user instructions.

Manage User Profiles

Every individual using the State Of Wyoming Online Services must have his own user account, or User Profile. This account will allow you to conduct business with State Agencies both as an individual and, if desired by both a business and you, as an agent for a business.

  1. Create A User Profile
    1. Go to the Sign In page,
    2. Click the NEW PROFILE button in the left side menu. The NEW USER PROFILE page will appear.
    3. Follow the instructions given on this page for creating a NEW PROFILE and click Add.
    4. You will receive a message confirming status of your profile creation.
    5. Upon successful profile creation, you will be automatically signed in to Online Services.
  2. Update A User Profile
    1. Sign in to Online Services.
    2. Click on the UPDATE PROFILE button in the left side menu. The USER PROFILE page will appear.
    3. Edit your profile information and click Submit.
    4. You will receive a message confirming status of your profile update.
  3. Delete A User Profile
    1. Sign in to Online Services.
    2. Click on the UPDATE PROFILE button in the left side menu. The USER PROFILE page will appear.
    3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete.
    4. You will receive a verification message to confirming your choice to delete this profile. Press OK.
    5. You will receive a message confirming status of your profile deletion.
  4. Change A Password
    1. Sign in to Online Services.
    2. Click on the CHANGE PASSWORD button in the left menu. The CHANGE PASSWORD page will appear.
    3. Enter your new password and then re-enter your new password in the spaces provided and click Submit.
    4. You will receive a message confirming status of your password change.

Manage Business Profiles

Every business conducting business with State Agencies via the State Of Wyoming Online Services must have its own business account, or Business Profile. Multiple users can be members of the business and authorized to do business with State Agencies on behalf of the business.

  1. Create A New Business Profile
    1. Sign in to Online Services.
    2. Click on the BUSINESSES button in the left side menu. The MY BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS page will be displayed.
    3. Click on CREATE NEW BUSINESS PROFILE. The NEW BUSINESS PROFILE page will be displayed.
    4. Follow the instructions given for entering your Business Profile information and click on Add.
    5. You will receive a message confirming status of your Business Profile creation.
    6. If your status shows you successfully created a Business Profile, you will be redirected back to the MY BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS page. The MY BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS page shows all the businesses to which you have a membership.
    7. After successfully creating a Business Profile, you automatically become the business' Business Creator Member.
    8. As Business Creator you have full access rights to edit the Business Profile and add Business Members.
  2. Update A Business Profile
    1. Sign in to Online Services.
    2. Click on the BUSINESSES button in the left side menu. The MY BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS page will be displayed which shows all the businesses to which you have a membership.
    3. You must be a Business Creator or Business Administrator member to update the Business Profile. Your member account type will be displayed next to the Business Name.
    4. Click on the Business Name of the business to be updated. The UPDATE BUSINESS PROFILE page will appear.
    5. Follow the instructions provided for entering your new information and click Submit.
    6. You will receive a message confirming status of your Business Profile update.
  3. Delete A Business Profile
    1. Sign in to Online Services.
    2. Click on the BUSINESSES button in the left side menu. The MY BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS page will be displayed which shows all the businesses to which you have a membership.
    3. You must be a Business Creator or Business Administrator member to delete the Business Profile. Your member account type will be displayed next to the Business Name.
    4. Click on the Business Name of the business to be deleted. The UPDATE BUSINESS PROFILE page will appear.
    5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete.
    6. You will receive a message confirming your choice to delete this Business Profile.

Manage My Business Memberships

A business may want you to conduct business with State Agencies via the State Of Wyoming Online Services as an agent of the business. This is a two part process that leaves final control with you. A member of the business with authority to add other members must create an Add Member Request for you. You will receive a Membership Request either if your Login ID is added to a Business Membership list or if your existing Business Membership Account type is changed. If your User Profile includes your email address, you will automatically receive an email notifying you of the request. You are considered a PENDING MEMBER and can then either accept or decline that request at any time. The Membership Request will persist until you accept or decline it, or an authorized agent for the business withdraws it. You are also able to cancel any active membership for you at any time.

  1. Accept or Decline a Membership Request
    1. Sign in to Online Services. All PENDING Membership Requests will be displayed both on the first page and on the Businesses page.
    2. If you want to accept the request, click ACCEPT. You will be notified of your membership status.
    3. If you want to decline the request, click DECLINE. You will be notified of your membership status.
  2. Remove Myself from Business Membership
    1. Sign in to Online Services.
    2. Click on the BUSINESSES button in the left side menu. The MY BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS page will be displayed. This page displays a list of all businesses to which you have a membership.
    3. Click DELETE MEMBERSHIP next to the business you want to be removed from.
    4. You’ll receive a message confirming your choice to delete.
      1. Click OK to confirm your choice
      2. Click Cancel if you decide not to delete.
  3. View My Membership Status
    1. Sign in to Online Services.
    2. Click on the BUSINESSES button in the left side menu. The MY BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS page will be displayed. This page displays a list of all businesses to which you have a membership.
    3. Use the Business Membership header checkboxes to view Current or Declined membership status.
      1. By default, any membership you have with Current status will be displayed.
      2. You can display Status in any combination by using the checkboxes.
    4. Current Status memberships are those that you have accepted a request to become a Business Member.
      1. Membership Type- displays the member’s account type.
      2. Creation-displays the date of Membership Request.
      3. Authorization – displays the date of acceptance.
      4. End Date- nothing displayed.
      5. Removal Reason- nothing displayed.
  4. Declined Status memberships are those that longer have Current or Pending Status.
    1. Membership Type- displays the member’s last account type.
    2. Creation-displays the date of Membership Request.
    3. Authorization – displays the date of acceptance.
    4. End Date- displays date membership ended.
    5. Removal Reason- displays reason membership ended.

Manage Business Memberships

You must be a Business Creator member to edit Business Members or a Business Administrator to view Business Members. Your member account type will be displayed to the right of Business Name.

  1. Add Business Members
    1. You must be a Business Creator member to add Business Members. Your member account type will be displayed to the right of Business Name.
    2. Sign in to Online Services.
    3. Click on the BUSINESSES button in the left side menu. The MY BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS page will be displayed. This page displays a list of all businesses to which you have a membership.
    4. Click on MANAGE MEMBERS to the left of the business name. The BUSINESS MEMBER MANAGEMENT page for that business will be displayed. By default, any Current members of the business will be displayed.
    5. In the CREATE BUSINESS USER section, enter the Online Services Login ID of the person you wish to add. You must know their Login ID.
    6. Select the Account Type.
    7. Click Add. You will receive a message box confirming the Add request. This Membership will be considered PENDING until the user Accepts or Declines the request to be have the Account Type changed.
  2. Edit a Membership Account Type
    1. Sign in to Online Services.
    2. Click on the BUSINESSES button in the left side menu. The MY BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS page will be displayed. This page displays a list of all businesses to which you have a membership.
    3. Click on MANAGE MEMBERS to the left of the business name. The BUSINESS MEMBER MANAGEMENT page for that business will be displayed. By default, any Current members of the business will be displayed.
    4. Click EDIT for the respective member.
    5. The member’s Account Type column will display a drop down box listing the available account type choices. Choose the appropriate Account Type.
    6. Click UPDATE. You will receive a message box confirming the Add request. This Membership will be considered PENDING until the user Accepts or Declines the request to be have the Account Type changed.
  3. Check the Status of a Request to Add or Edit a Member
    1. Sign in to Online Services.
    2. Click on the BUSINESSES button in the left side menu. The MY BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS page will be displayed. This page displays a list of all businesses to which you have a membership.
    3. Click on MANAGE MEMBERS to the left of the business name. The BUSINESS MEMBER MANAGEMENT page for that business will be displayed. By default, any Current members of the business will be displayed.
    4. Use the Manage Member header checkboxes to view Current, Pending or Declined status.
      1. If the request was Accepted, the member will be displayed in the Current Member list. The member’s respective date of Acceptance will be displayed under the Authorization column.
      2. If the request is still Pending, the member will be displayed in the Pending Member list. The member’s respective Authorization column will be blank.
      3. If the request was Declined, the member will be displayed in the Declined Member list. The member’s respective Authorization column will be blank. The member’s respective End Date column will be display the date declined.The member’s respective Removal Reason column will display USER REFUSED.
  4. Delete a Membership
    1. Sign in to Online Services.
    2. Click on the BUSINESSES button in the left side menu. The MY BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS page will be displayed. This page displays a list of all businesses to which you have a membership.
    3. Click on MANAGE MEMBERS to the left of the business name. The BUSINESS MEMBER MANAGEMENT page for that business will be displayed. By default, any Current members of the business will be displayed.
    4. Click Delete to the left of the member.You will receive a message confirming your choice to delete.
    5. Click OK to confirm your choice
  5. View Business Member Status
    1. Sign in to Online Services.
    2. Click on the BUSINESSES button in the left side menu. The MY BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS page will be displayed. This page displays a list of all businesses to which you have a membership.
    3. If you are a Business Administrator Member click on VIEW MEMBERS next to the desired Business Name, or if you are a Business Creator Member click on MANAGE MEMBERS next to the desired Business Name. The BUSINESS MEMBER MANAGEMENT page for that business will be displayed.
    4. Use the Manage Member header checkboxes to view Current, Pending or Declined status.
      1. By default, members with Current status will be displayed.
      2. You can display Status in any combination by using the checkboxes.
